Stockeeper (Bancow)
Data-Driven Funding Redesign

Product Manager (Full-time) · Oct 2021 – Feb 2022

Redesigned Stockeeper's opaque "blind" funding flow into a transparent, data-driven investment experience. The relaunched £141K retail funding round sold out in 21 minutes, ahead of the company's £1.1M Pre-A raise.

The Problem

Stockeeper's funding flow was a "blind" experience: investors committed money without clear visibility into probability, returns, risk or insurance. I joined as the platform moved from MVP to its first major growth and funding push.

The Approach

I redesigned the flow around grading probability, returns, risk and insurance, turning an opaque decision into a transparent one. I also replaced a manual, paper-based nationwide farm-onboarding process with a one-stop mobile system usable by non-technical users.
