Created the "3Q" framework and scaled it across PM curriculum and career-coaching programmes, reaching 160–170 people and lifting a national government evaluation score from 3.7 to 4.2.

The Problem
Non-specialist learners needed a structured way to become credible product manager candidates, but existing mentoring had no repeatable framework connecting goals, self-assessment and consistent execution.
The Approach
I created the "3Q" framework, built around goals, strengths and weaknesses, and interests, then scaled it across TeamSparta's PM curriculum and career-coaching programmes before extending it at Goorm with an added career-storytelling track.
The Build
- 3Q Framework: goals, strengths/weaknesses, interests
- Scaled delivery: 2 PM cohorts (~90 learners) plus a Career Coach track (70–80 learners), reaching 160–170 people in total
- Career-storytelling track: added at Goorm to extend the framework
